Basically, the rooms are available from 3.00 p.m. Should the room be cleaned earlier, then of course you can enter the room earlier. On departure day we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11.00 a.m. Should you plan to arrive after 7.00 p.m. please let us know.

Hotel and rooms are equipped with WLAN. For security reasons we have encrypted our network. You get the free access code at the front desk.

Our private car park is located behind the hotel. In front of the hotel you will also find free parking.

You are welcome to spend holidays with your dog at das Alois. We charge € 30,- for additional cleaning per day and room. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant and in the spa area. If you'd like to have your dog at the table we can alternatively reserve a table in the lounge on request. Leash obligation. 

A spa bag with bathrobes, slippers and sauna towels are provided in the rooms for you.

Your room is equipped with a hairdryer and various other care products.

The hotel, all our rooms and suites are non-smoking. We installed a smoking lounge with heaters on the terrace as an alternative. Each room has a balcony, where we of course provide an ashtray for you.

We are proud to present You revitalized water - Grander water throughout the house. The water in the Tyrolean mountains is extremely precious and valuable and is among the best in the world. This is even scientifically proven. In the water pipes of our house there is only flowing spring water...from the mountains and we would like to point out that this water is quite enjoyable and very healthy.

From the 1st November in Austria winter tires are compulsory. Snow chains are required when snow-covered road prevails, ie in situations with heavy snow or slippery snow-covered road snow chains are needed in any case. However, it depends on the weather situation at the respective arrival days. The best is you take snow chains as a precaution with you. Shortly before departure you should inform yourself about the exact weather conditions.
