Head chef and host Norbert Kreidl still waves the wooden spoon in our 4-star-superior hotel in Lanersbach personally. Alongside the master of the kitchen Andreas Geisler and the A-Team he only serves top quality dishes. How could it possibly be any different in “das Alois”? Our guest’s enjoyment is our highest priority.
The culinary concept in “das Alois” is tailor made to our guest’s requirements: In the morning you can enjoy a plentiful buffet breakfast, which fulfils all your wishes. Because a good day follows a good morning. Strengthened you head off into the Tyrolean mountains. After the hike, the bike tour, the days skiing or a winter walk you need to satisfy the hunger? Within our luxury board a lunch buffet with sweet and savoury delights is provided. Alcohol free drinks from the buffet are available from 07:30 am until 05:00 pm. In the evening the highlight of the culinary day awaits you: Our 5 course gourmet menu offers you a choice at every course and promises unique culinary experiences and pleasurable moments.
Apart from our luxury board we serve refreshing drinks and snacks on our sun terrace with sunset lounge. We are also happy to serve you in the garden The choice of food and drink along with a price list can be found in the menus provided. During the evening our hotel bar is also open for you.


We like to surprise you with weekly changing culinary highlights, so for example Grill & Chill on our sun terrace, dessert buffet, wine & dine gourmet evening or Tyrolean specialities evening with music. Vegetarian and vegans will be impressed with our creative cuisine. We offer vegetarian products at all meals. The afternoon buffet on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure are included in our luxury board.

We deliberately don’t offer them as an alternative, but give as much attention to the vegetarian and vegan cuisine that, in our eyes, it deserves. The day at "das Alois" in Tux starts with a balanced and extensive breakfast buffet. There are healthy scrambled eggs, English breakfast, various fresh juices, bread and everything Your heart desires or rather an empty stomach.
Free anti-alcoholic drinks from the buffet are available between 07.30 am until 05.00 pm. We have also taken care of snacks. The spa area includes a vitamin and juice bar and crisp apples from South Tyrol.
From 02.00 pm culinary enjoyment continues with the afternoon buffet. There are savory delicacies, cold or warm delicacies from the regional and international cuisine as well as Austrian pastries and homemade cakes from senior boss Elsa Kreidl.
In the evening, sour Vital Kitchen team surprises You with a light and delicious gourmet menu. Specially tuned Vital menus with metabolic enhancing ingredients and adapted preparation provide surprises. Again and again there are appetizer buffets, dessert buffets, main course buffets or gala dinners with a certain wow factor. Let Yourself be enchanted!
