The TUX³ Ticket covers the three mountain railways in the Tux Valley (Eggalm Bahn, Finkenberger Almbahnen, Hintertux Glacier). The Zillertal Activcard also includes 10 mountain railways throughout the Zillertal, free entry to swimming pools and public transport. For families who mainly stay in the Tux Valley, the TUX³ Ticket is cheaper and more flexible.
Yes – the Finkenberg outdoor adventure pool is particularly popular with families. Other swimming lakes, such as Schlitters and Aufenfeld, offer shallow swimming areas and playgrounds. The Tuxbachweg trail from Tux-Vorderlanersbach to Hintertux (10 km, easy) and the Wildlife Trail along the Tuxbach stream (approx. 3 km) are both suitable for pushchairs and well-maintained.
