Booking information
- The prices in € are per person and specified period, including the chosen meal plan.
- Single occupancy surcharge for a double room 20% - 50% (depending on the category).
In order to finally confirm the booking, we charge a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount due one month after the booking date.
You can pay the deposit easy directly.
It’s possible with Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, VPAY and Klarna, we will then send you a separate confirmation upon receipt of payment.If you would like to wire the money directly, please use the following informations:

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
If canceled between 59 and 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the total amount.
If you cancel between 30 and 8 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total amount.
And from 7 days before arrival or in case of an early departure, the cancellation costs are 90% of the total amount.
- The prices do not include the local tax.
- The local tax in the holiday region of Tux-Finkenberg per person (from 15 years) amounts € 1,80 per day.
- You are welcome to spend holidays with Your dog at das Alois. We charge € 20,- for additional cleaning per day and room.
- Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant and in the spa area. If you'd like to have your dog at the table we can alternatively reserve a table in the chimney lounge on request.
- Leash obligation.

- Am Abreisetag ersuchen wir Sie das Zimmer bis 11.00 Uhr freizugeben.
